Hi, my name is Mala and I’ve been teaching Yoga professionally for over 8 years. Before I relocated to Hiranandani Estate Thane, I was teaching ladies of all ages in Hiranandani Gardens, Powai.

I’ve been practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years and with my interest in fitness, I usually mix the best of all 3 worlds. I develop lesson plans which can change weekly and monthly as you advance, or through your healing process.
